Earlier this year I made my first trip to Rosarito, Mexico! My boyfriend was sweet enough to get us the perfect suite for two facing the Pacific Ocean at the Rosarito Beach Hotel. We stayed in one of the suites inside the Pacifico Tower. Not going to lie at first I was a little skeptical about our suite since we got such a great deal on it, but the room was beyond perfect! At the very top, the hotel has a rooftop pool with the most amazing view of the ocean…. And of course this view totally equalled a photo op. moment…
Aside from all the wonderful amenities the hotel offers, you can also do the Valle de Guadalupe Wine tour that leaves directly from the hotel. Before our trip I had already done my own research on the wineries. I had a pre made list of all the stops I wanted to make so we did not take the guided tour but I do recommend that if the Valle is on your itinerary that you deffitnely go that route.
I love the ocean but I love wine more. And this Mexican wine Country was one of my favorite parts from our trip. Filled with so much culture, food, and of course wine it quickly became one of my favorite places to visit. I can’t wait to go back!
